Tomorrow's production list, read from the delivery date your app already saves.

For bakeries, florists and meal prep kitchens that take orders for a date. MyOrderSheet counts tomorrow's orders by every option your customers picked and gives you a sheet to print for the bench.

No new date picker. No report to build.

How it works

1. Your delivery app already saved the date

Your pickup and delivery app writes the date on every order. MyOrderSheet reads it from there, so nothing changes at checkout and nothing changes for your customers.

2. Orders become totals

Every option on every order is counted for the day: chocolate and vanilla apart, small and large apart, and how many cakes need writing on top. The same goes for stems, colors and meal choices.

3. Print tomorrow's sheet

One sheet per date and location, ready the night before. Pin it by the oven, the cooler or the packing table.

What you get

Totals for the day

How many of each flavor, size, color or add-on you need for the day, counted from the options your customers chose.

A bench sheet to print

A plain sheet for the people making the orders, by date and by location. Large type, room to tick things off.

Every order for the date

The day's orders in one list, with a column for each option your customers filled in, like flavor, message or allergy note. Download it as CSV when you need it elsewhere.

Works with your delivery date app

MyOrderSheet starts with Zapiet and Bird. More date apps follow as we add them. Use a different one? Tell us on the waitlist form, and it helps us choose the next one.

It also reads the choices saved by product options apps, so the flavor, size or message a customer picked shows up on the sheet.

Made for shops that work to a date

If your orders have no pickup or delivery date, MyOrderSheet is not the right fit.

Questions

Which delivery apps does it read?

Zapiet and Bird first. Pickeasy, Kite, Bloom and DateLock are next on the list. If you use another app, tell us on the form.

Do I have to change my date picker or checkout?

No. MyOrderSheet reads the date your app already saves on each order. Your checkout stays as it is.

Do I have to build a report?

No. MyOrderSheet finds the options on your orders and makes a column for each one. You pick the date and print.

What does it keep from my orders?

Only what it needs to build the list: order IDs, the delivery date, the location and the totals. The options customers picked are read to make the sheet and are not stored.

When can I use it?

We are building it now. People on the waitlist hear first, and some shops get an early pilot.

How much will it cost?

Plans and the free trial will be on the app's listing when it opens. Joining the waitlist is free and does not sign you up for anything.
